Platform Terms of Service

1. Platform access and role
Trust Pods provides a digitalized referral attribution platform for field service businesses. By creating an account or logging into the Trust Pods platform, you are entering into a business agreement. Your role may be a “Referring Member” (initiating introductions), a “Referred Partner” (receiving introductions), or both.
2. Compliance and consent warranties
By utilizing Trust Pods to send referrals via SMS or email, Referring Members represent and warrant that they have captured the requisite, legally compliant consent from their customers to send such communications. Trust Pods relies entirely on the Referring Member’s existing business relationship and explicitly captured consent to deliver these links. Referring Members agree to indemnify and hold Trust Pods harmless from any claims, carrier fines, or legal action under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or carrier A2P 10DLC regulations arising from the Member’s failure to capture proper consent.
3. Partner obligations & honoring discounts
If you are acting as a Referred Partner receiving a lead through Trust Pods, you agree to:
- Promptly follow up on estimate requests submitted by customers.
- Honor any pre-configured discounts, promotions, or pricing advantages advertised through the Trust Pods referral link for that specific job.
- Treat all customer data, photos, and job notes received through the platform as strictly confidential, using them solely for the purpose of providing the requested estimate and subsequent service.
4. Status updates and attribution
To maintain the integrity of the referral network, Referred Partners agree to provide accurate and timely updates regarding the status of the job within the Trust Pods platform, so the referral loop closes for the Referring Member. In the current platform this means marking a referral Assigned when you pick it up and Completed when the job is done.
5. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Trust Pods acts solely as a technological conduit for business-to-business introductions. We do not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, or the quality of the customer. Furthermore, Trust Pods assumes no liability for disputes between a Referring Member and a Referred Partner, nor between a Referred Partner and the end customer. All financial arrangements, profit sharing, or reciprocal agreements resulting from introductions on this platform are strictly between the participating businesses.
