The service

Trust Pods lets a technician refer their customer to a trusted partner business with a built-in discount, delivered as a secure personal link. By using a referral link or the Trust Pods apps, you agree to these terms.

Referrals & discounts

• Referral links are personal, expire, and may not be resold.
• The advertised discount is honored by the referred partner business on qualifying work; the estimate and any resulting work are agreements between you and that business, not with Trust Pods.
• Trust Pods may block referrals that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Text messaging terms

With your consent, Trust Pods Referral Notifications sends your referral link and up to one reminder by SMS (typically 1–2 messages per referral). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help, or contact dev@trustpods.io. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to forge or tamper with referral links, no interference with the platform's operation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Pods is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the work performed by referred businesses.
